As a former New Jersey Girl - the pizza is the best around pensacola. But the service I received today especially is why I’m leaving 5 stars. I ordered online and requested 50/50 toppings and plain pie if possible. They weren’t able to accommodate via online pick up, so they threw in two plain slices for me. Totally unexpected for them to throw in those free slices since I knew it was a possibility they wouldn’t see my request and completely appreciated. Thank you team! You’ve made the whole family happy
My wife and I love pizza and consider ourselves connoisseurs so we have tried lots of places in Mobile, Ocean Springs, South Baldwin and now Pensacola. If you like NY style pizza Pappas Pizza in downtown Pensacola is one of the best we have tried. We got an 18" Xtra Large and the crust has the perfect crispness to it so your toppings don't slide off. The sauce is delicious and they put just the right amount. I suggest get some on the side to dip your leftover crust in. The toppings were fresh and we really just loved everything about it. If I had to pick on something I would have to say I would have liked just a little more sausage. They have 14" and 18" sizes and you can also order by the slice. An Xtra large will set you back 30 but its worth it. We highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area or just want to take a ride for a good experience. They have outdoor seating and tonight live music.
Tasty slices and pasta dishes. Had food to-go on a Saturday, and enjoyed my meal. Its a small space, but it packs plenty of flavor and even a little character. Had a couple of 5 topping slices and a spaghetti meal. All were good, and I will go again.

Stopped in for a late-night meal. Todd and Trevor were super friendly and talked with us while we waited. They were working hard but still made the effort to be kind and upbeat—all while making me a beautiful pizza. We’ll definitely be back!
This is authentic NY style pizza, hands down. Passed the crust test, perfect thickness and taste. Best pizza in Pensacola. Reminds me of pizza joints back home in Philly. Service was phenomenal. Will DEFINITELY be back!
I'm a big fan of pizza, and Pensacola is a dead zone for good pizza... until I found Papa's Pizza. If you like a solid NY-style pizza, this is the spot! I always request it well-done, and they nail the perfect crisp, every time! This is easily the best pizza in Pensacola! I've heard folks say Sky Pizza, but they're crust is too floppy. And Graffiti is more for a drunken night. If you're looking for a solid pizza all-around, Papa's pizza is it! The ONLY downfall I have to say... is the price. Just be ready for your wallet to take a hit. 26 for an 18" is insane. It's more of a monthly treat pizza, rather than a weekly hit-up spot, solely because of the price.
